Aman immigrated to Prince Edward Island, Canada, for his children's education, security and the quality climate for producing food. While working on a dairy farm he grew vegetables for his family, using 50 feet of land that was provided by his employer. With further encouragement and support from the PEI department of Agriculture, Skills PEI and Office of Immigration, Aman started and expanded his own successful produce company, A-Ok Gardens, which has grown from 50 feet to about 120 acres.
